1. Who We Are

Fit For Wealth ("we," "us," or "our") is a fitness tracking application operated by Nolan Hansen, based in Illinois, USA. Contact: nolan@fitforwealthco.com

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and password (hashed — we never store plaintext passwords).

Health & Fitness Data: Workout logs, exercise history, sets, reps, weight, and any other fitness data you voluntarily enter.

Intake Information: Fitness goals, experience level, schedule preferences, and other information you provide during onboarding.

Usage Data: Basic app usage patterns collected to improve the Service (e.g., which features are used). We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

Payment Information: We do not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under their privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and personalize the Service, including generating AI-powered workout programs; (b) communicate with you about your account, subscription, and updates; (c) improve and debug the Service; (d) comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your health or fitness data for advertising purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

Supabase: Our database and authentication provider. Data is stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure with encryption at rest.

Anthropic (Claude AI): Your intake and fitness data is sent to Claude to generate personalized workout programs. Anthropic's API processes this data per their privacy policy. We do not share your name or email with Anthropic.

Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe receives billing information only.

Sentry: Error monitoring to help us detect and fix bugs. We do not send IP addresses, cookies, or request contents to Sentry, and we automatically redact anything resembling an email address from error reports before they are sent.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Fit For Wealth or its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing nolan@fitforwealthco.com. Upon deletion, your personal data and workout history will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords (Supabase Auth with bcrypt), Row Level Security ensuring users can only access their own data, and JWT-protected API endpoints.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. 8. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time (note: withdrawal does not affect prior processing). To exercise these rights, contact us at nolan@fitforwealthco.com.

9. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
